The kindergarten day begins earlier than the younger grades; it is from 8:30am to 12:00pm. Many children stay for After School Enrichment Classes and Picnic.

The Kindergarten program is designed to accommodate the Transitional Kindergarten and Kindergarten age eligible children. This program offers a rich integrated curriculum introducing children to an expansive variety of science and social studies themes. Children write their own stories, keep a journal, and participate in Readers Theater throughout the year. Instruction is individualized to allow for the wide range of skills and abilities, with the goal of creating life-long learners. The curriculum is adaptable to both the Transitional Kindergarten and Kindergarten age- group.

We offer one Kindergarten class, Monday-Friday.  The class has 18 children with a teacher and an aide.  Children must be 5 years by December 1st.
