Parents’ Association

WELCOME TO OUR COMMUNITY!!

St. James’ Parish Day School is truly a loving place to learn.  Part of what makes our community so special is the various events that take place throughout the school year.  These events are educational, engaging and create a platform for strong relationships and parent involvement.  The St. James’ Parents’ Association (SJPA) plays a key role in organizing these community events, which include:

  • Educational Events to promote experiential learning including Fun and Discovery with Bubbles, History through Music, Mr. Roaches: Bugs and the super exciting Snow Day

  • Special Events including Back to School Night, Orientation Day, Book Fair, Special Friends Breakfast, the Parent Social, Trike-a-Thon, and Day School Sunday.

In addition, the Parents’ Association provides financial support to various school programs, including:

  • Teacher’s Continuing Education & Support by sponsoring conference attendance as well as Teacher Appreciation Week in the spring

  • Facilities Enhancements including building and grounds improvements

  • Financial Aid to support our St. James’ families

The SJPA is responsible for all fundraising activities which support these community programs. Our goal is for every family to join the Parents’ Association through a tax deductible donation.  We welcome membership participation at any level.  Gaining the support of 100% of our community will enable us to achieve our goals.
